BELFOR Ireland are currently recruiting for Operations Technicians to join the team Nationwide.

Successful candidates will join a dynamic and experienced operational company working on residential and commercial losses. Operations Technicians are responsible for delivering site-based recovery and restoration works to a high standard and providing excellent customer service at all times. Successful candidates will inspect and report on damage using mobile data capture devices. They will be required to deliver all restoration works, managing resources and ensuring all Quality and Health & Safety processes and procedures are correctly implemented, liaising with the BELFOR Administration Teams and all relevant departments.

Effective communications and the ability to work with and liaise with the customer and various claim stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services are provided it vital aspect of the role.

Full training in BELFOR restoration standards, quality management and Health & Safety will be provided. Additional training in specialist aspects of BELFOR’s restoration services together with excellent career progression opportunities are also available to high calibre candidates.

The role also provides opportunities to work abroad supporting international colleagues on large losses and catastrophe response along with an attractive salary and benefits package. Candidates should hold a current driving licence.
