BELFOR Ireland are currently seeking an experienced ‘Contracts Manager’ to join its Construction Services Team working Nationwide.

Working as a Contracts Manager with a team of Trades and Restoration Technicians as part of an innovative ‘end-to-end’ property restoration solution, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced operational team. Working on residential and commercial SME losses you will be responsible for scoping and managing reactive repair works following damages such a fire and flood as well as planned maintenance, all to a high specification with excellent customer service at customers properties. 

Successful candidates will be experienced in scoping and managing reinstatement and restoration projects utilising a team of Trades, Restoration Technicians and Subcontractors. They will be able to deliver a project efficiently, ensuring that works are completed to a high standard and profitability. They will ensure all Quality and Health & Safety processes and procedures are followed.  Effective communications and the ability to work with and liaise with the customer, other BELFOR operational teams and various claim stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services are provided, is a vital aspect of the role.

Successful candidates will also be flexible and adaptable, ideally with experience of working within the insurance claims industry. A full current driving license and experience in using scoping tools such as Xactware is beneficial.
