An Account Manager will work closely with your company and will be the primary contact for coordinating needed resources and manpower from appropriate BELFOR locations. The assigned Account Manager will have the ability, resources and authority to trigger any needed response after a property damage incident. They are the primary individual accountable for any projects performed, from initial emergency response through final billing.
Team members are selected based upon specific experience and knowledge needed for each individual incident. The restoration process will be a collaborative effort throughout the entire project, with BELFOR’s key personnel in at least daily communication with the insured's on-site emergency response team and insurance adjuster.
