BELFOR restored Trinity Hall and the Trinity Episcopal Church after an arson fire, allowing the resumption of counseling services, the family kitchen, and church services.
When waters caused significant water damage to properties in the Grant School District No. 3, including the high school, transportation and district offices, BELFOR quickly mobilized an emergency team to begin water extraction and structural drying. BELFOR also managed a multi-phase reconstruction project that included the abatement process, electrical work, flooring, painting, plumbing, and the re-positioning of staff and equipment back into classrooms and offices. “Our unmatched capacity helps ensure that the Bend area will have the resources needed in the event of a region-wide event, such as a flood, earthquake, or sudden dramatic freeze,” explains Jeff Stewart, general manager of the Bend office. “BELFOR is invested in providing the businesses and residences of Central Oregon with needed professional services in a time of need.”
Stewart, originally from Grants Pass, now lives in Bend with his wife and eight children. BELFOR has been in Central Oregon since 2010 and has six other Oregon offices that support each other with technicians and equipment as needed.
“I believe the winter months are probably the busiest due to the inclement weather and freezing temperatures which cause frozen pipes and water damage to residential and commercial properties,” says Stewart.
“BELFOR is a one-stop property restoration company, able to handle the property restoration project cradle to grave, start to finish. We are the global leader in this industry, but BELFOR is also able to relate to life in a small community.”
