BELFOR Helps Florida Keys College Recover From Hurricane Irma
BELFOR Florida managed the remediation and reconstruction of Florida Keys Community College in Key West after extensive damage caused by Hurricane Irma. In a thank you letter, a college representative wrote:
"College employees were allowed back on campus on September 15th and BELFOR arrived the next day and immediately mobilized. BELFOR crews quickly and efficiently mitigated damaged buildings from further damage and began the cleanup. Their quick work allowed the campus to reopen on October 2nd. The College was so impressed with the emergency repairs and process, BELFOR was retained to complete the restoration of the campus. Ninety percent of the buildings on campus had sustained significant damage. The ability to hire BELFOR to complete this work was vitally portant in allowing the College to recover quickly."
