The BELFOR National Call Center is often your first point of contact with BELFOR, and always your emergency lifeline to BELFOR.
Our National Call Center is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Call Center is staffed 24-7-365 with dedicated BELFOR employees who are well trained in industry practices and protocols for connecting callers to the appropriate responding BELFOR offices.
Answering The Call
At BELFOR, your call is important to us.
During business hours, each BELFOR office answers their calls. When you have an emergency after-hours or you are in a catastrophe situation and need to contact a BELFOR office, your call will be forwarded to the BELFOR National Call Center. Once your call is received by one of our Customer Service Representatives, they will collect all pertinent information and relay it to the appropriate BELFOR office. If you would like to speak to an On-Call Representative from that office that will be taking care of your loss, the Customer Service Representative will warm transfer you to that person.
The Call Center receives an average of 400 calls per day. During catastrophe situations, the National Call Center is prepared to answer an inordinate number of calls and can easily bring in additional personnel and equipment to meet the increased demand.

Once the office receives your information, they will contact you directly and set up a time to meet with you and discuss your needs.
