Restored in 4 Months: A University Fire Restoration Case Study

After a fire broke out at Yong In University’s College of Martial Arts, major facilities including the Taekwondo training hall, Judo training hall and convention hall, as well as internal equipment and building systems, required restoration. Rather than handling the building and equipment as separate workstreams, BELFOR Korea managed the restoration as one integrated project. Key facilities were restored over approximately four months, allowing students to return to training after the new semester began.
