BELFOR Property Restoration was one of eight national advertising sponsors of Opening Night for the new $227 million Matthew Knight Arena on the University of Oregon campus. The BELFOR logo rotated in big lights around the new arena's high-tech scoreboard as the Ducks played the University of Southern California.
Phil Knight, co-founder and chairmen of Nike Inc., donated funds to build the arena in memory of his son Matthew. Matthew was lost to a scuba diving accident in 2004 at the age of 34.
