BELFOR Korea Assures Customers of Safe, Clean Restoration Through Intensive Precision-Cleaning Training

BELFOR Korea held an intensive “Precision Cleaning” course for new technicians at its Bucheon headquarters training center from 21 to 25 April.

Three recruits with less than six months’ service took part. They dismantled contaminated electronic equipment, cleaned, dried, reassembled, and power-tested it, mastering every step of the restoration workflow. Course director Hyeokjun Kweon stressed that “learning the correct cleaning procedure from day one prevents secondary contamination on site and shortens restoration time.”

Run under the BELFOR Asia standard curriculum, the course was observed by John Shanahan, BELFOR’s Regional Technical Director for Asia, who verified that global quality standards were met. Through regular training of this kind, BELFOR Korea continually raises on-site quality and safety; further sessions are planned for the second half of the year to give domestic and international customers even faster, more reliable restoration service.

Kwon added, “Our mission is to return customers’ assets to a safe, clean condition even after an incident. We will keep investing in structured talent development and standardized restoration processes to earn and maintain our customers’ trust.”
