For transportation and/or oversea shipping of semiconductor manufacturing equipment/tool, BELFOR offer a service to inspect and certify third-party contractor(s) decontaminated semiconductor manufacturing equipment/tool is fit for the purpose.

This service is known as BELFOR Shipping Compliance Decontamination Assessment (in short SCDA) and complies to SEMI guidelines. 

This services is also offered under the One-Stop-Shop services or a standalone service where requires.
