At BELFOR UK, our focus is always on how we can support customers quickly, professionally, and with complete reliability when disaster strikes. That’s why we have appointed Novuna Vehicle Solutions as our new fleet management partner. Novuna will facilitate a modernised, fully maintained fleet that enhances response times, strengthens continuity, and supports faster claims progression for insurers, FM partners, and end-customers.
Novuna will manage 254 of our existing fleet assets. These include company cars and the light commercial vehicles used every day by our technicians as they carry out restoration and reinstatement work across the UK. In 2026, 84 vehicles will be refreshed, introducing a new generation of mobile response units converted specifically for our restoration and recovery operations.
These vehicles are more than transport. They are equipped with specialist drying, water extraction, air filtration, cleaning, and contamination‑removal tools and equipment. This allows our teams to begin mitigation and restoration work the moment they arrive at fire, flood, storm or major loss sites. Faster starts lead to faster recovery, smoother claims progression, and reduced disruption for insurers, FM partners, and homeowners.
