Sales & Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be the driver behind BELFOR Taiwan’s growth. This role combines marketing strategy, and client engagement to position BELFOR as the trusted partner for disaster recovery solutions. You will analyse markets, craft compelling value propositions, and lead initiatives that convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify and analyse competitors in existing and new business opportunities. Understand their unique selling points and market pricing to position BELFOR competitively.
  2. Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with the Asia marketing team to create compelling value propositions for BELFOR Taiwan. Develop supporting materials such as slide decks, newsletters, and case studies to empower sales teams.
  3. Client Engagement & Education: Build relationships with key stakeholder,s including equipment, end users, insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters. Conduct meetings, training sessions, and seminars to showcase BELFOR’s services and benefits.
  4. Project Acquisition: Actively participate in securing recovery projects. Visit disaster sites, engage with affected organisations and their insurers, and present BELFOR’s specialised services to gain trust and secure contracts.
  5. Quotation & Negotiation: Review project quotations for competitiveness and alignment with client needs. Advise Recovery Specialists on sales strategies and assist with negotiations when required.
  6. Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales funnel, conversion rates, invoicing, and job orders. Take corrective actions to ensure targets are met. Provide monthly reports on opportunities and sales activities.

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, business development, or account management, preferably in insurance, restoration, or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proven capability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills.
