BELFOR announces Neville Miles to head its Asia business
Singapore, 1 February 2018 – BELFOR Asia, a leader in property restoration services, has appointed Neville Miles as Managing Director of Asia with effect from 1 February 2018. Neville succeeds Brian Whitmore who will retire after 25 years with the company. Brian will continue in a part-time capacity in the role of Chairman of BELFOR Asia.
Neville joined the company in October 2016 as part of the succession plan for Brian. Brian commented that “Neville is a good fit for our unique business, bringing with him a strong engineering background, as well as extensive management experience, which is valuable to our business. In his first year with BELFOR Asia, he has demonstrated his leadership ability and inspired his subordinates to deliver and even exceed the targets set for the year for the territories that he was responsible for.”

Neville joins BELFOR after an extensive career that includes working in technology start-ups and a 15 year career with SIEMENS running a variety of businesses in fields such as Building Technologies and SmartGrid. He has extensive Asia Pacific experience having worked and lived in the region for many years.
