BELFOR UK are currently seeking experienced ‘Project Co-ordinators’ to join its General Operations Team. Successful candidates will join a dynamic and experienced operational team working on residential and commercial SME losses.

Reporting into a Regional Operations Manager and Supervisors, Project Co-ordinators are responsible controlling the delivery of site based recovery and restoration works ensuring a high standard and excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Successful candidates will undertake recovery and restoration activities and closely manage operational teams, playing a pivotal role ensuring the successful delivery of successful and cost effective restoration outcomes. With a strong focus on working closely with the customer and claim stakeholders such as Loss Adjusters and Surveyors the project Co-ordinator will be responsible for undertaking technical damage assessments, providing appropriate restoration recommendations and the subsequent management and delivery of works.

Project Co-ordinators will assist with continual operational improvement, quality and efficiency working collaboratively with BELFOR internal departments, suppliers and sub-contract partners.

Effective communications and the ability to work with and liaise with the customer and various claim stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services are provided it vital aspect of the role.

Full training in BELFOR restoration standards, quality management and Heath & Safety will be provided. Additional training in specialist aspects of BELFOR’s restoration services together with excellent career progression opportunities are also available to high calibre candidates.

Candidates should hold a current UK driving license.
