BELFOR Emergency Response Teams Clean-Up After Superstorm Sandy
BELFOR launched an extraordinary emergency response for the recovery efforts following Superstorm Sandy.
BELFOR CEO Sheldon Yellen was interviewed on CNBC about the company's response and massive mobilization, "So far, we have upwards of 1,500 men on the ground in the area, 59 mobile trailers filled with generation, power equipment, and all the staples we will need for water extraction and dehumidification to take place. In addition to that, we had a conference call this morning and 32 of our offices, stretching as far west as Fresno, California, will be sending in another 400 people later today. We would anticipate having upwards of 3,000 people on the ground within the next four to five days."
