BELFOR Livonia was recently featured on the WXYZ Channel 7 news segment, "Taking Action For You." BELFOR was recognized for stepping in to provide reconstruction services for a family whose uninsured home was devastated by a fire in River Rouge, MI. Team Member Denny Hughes explained BELFOR’s commitment to community and restoring more than property on air.

After fire devastated the historic Sarah Jordan Boarding House in Dearborn, MI, BELFOR Ann Arbor was asked to restore this precious landmark. Constructed around 1870, the building was the site of a historic public lighting ceremony when Thomas Edison flipped a switch for the first time to light an incandescent bulb.
